Packaging
It is our aim to reduce the amount of waste as much as possible therefore we use 100% recyclable packaging for our deliveries.
It is important to us that our customers receive their items in the safest way possible. We use Royal Mail, DPD, Evri or UPS for all our deliveries to ensure a safe and efficient delivery.
A/W 24 Collection products may be delivered by other deilvery companies.

Returns Policy
Returns Policy
Terms and Conditions
Please fill out our online returns form on our returns and policies page. After we have
received your returns form, we shall reply with the shipping address and any further
information you may require.
As we look to reduce the use of paper, orders will not come with a paper receipt by
default. As a result, you will need to print off your email receipt and place it within your
package before returning. You will be contacted within 48 hours of us receiving your
returned items informing you that your return has been delivered and processed.
We can only accept items returned within 14 days from when you received your order.
After the 14-day window you will be UNABLE to receive a refund. All items must be
returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
Returned items must be eligible for resale so please ensure your item is UNWORN,
UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED and should still have ALL labels attached. If you are to try on
any items you have ordered please ensure you are NOT wearing anything that may leave
marks, stains or scents on our products e.g., makeup, perfume or antiperspirant. If your
return does NOT meet these requirements, you will be unable to receive your
refund/exchange. Please return your items in the original delivery packaging received.
Unfortunately, our returns are NOT free of charge at this moment in time. The returned
shipping cost will have to be paid by the customer so please ensure you use a safe and
reliable delivery service should you return an item. WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILY FOR
PACKAGES LOST IN THIS PROCESS. You will however have your original postage and
packaging costs refunded should you receive either an item different to the one you
ordered or a faulty item.
We can only refund onto the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please
allow 5–10 working days for your refund to be in your account.
